Contact us nowProject Management is the art of managing all the aspects of a project from start to finish using a structured methodology. We have a group of project managers on board, all with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry.
The Project Managers role is to ensure that the overall objectives of the project are achieved. At Antonius the technical leadership of the project manager is key and that is what makes our project managers different than others.
After fabrication of parts or production of weldassemblies there maybe a need for further assembly works. This can range from, for example, applying an insulation on a specific part, fitting of machined parts or even full assembly of a device including the electrical assembly.
Antonius can be your partner for your assembly works. For assembly of electrical parts we team up with a partner company who will take care of that part of the assembly works.
At our headquarters in Maasbracht, the Netherlands we have a direct connection to the river Maas. We have our own quay at the inland harbour of Maasbracht. At our quay, that is more than 100 meters long, we are capable of loading very big objects onto pontoons, inland ships or small coasters.
Maximum dimensions are approximately 8 meters wide, 8 meters high and up to 50 meters length. With only 1 day of sailing to Rotterdam or Antwerp a quick connection to international routes is guaranteed.
Our terrain spans over 40.000 square meter in size of which 16.000 is buildings. This means that we have a big outside area that is largely available for logistic operations.
In the recent past we have performed (re)packing of pressure vessels, sandblasting and coatings of big objects and there are options to set up temporary buildings to expand our covered fabrication area.
Our knowledge of materials start with the selection of the material quality. What material suits best? What are the requested material properties when the product is ready?
What size of material do I begin with? What is available in the market? What are leadtimes? Is heattreatment necessary?
Do I use stock material or do I order material specifically made for the project? All essential questions that determine the operational and financial succes of a project.

Antonius has welding qualifications for various processes as SMAW, SAW, GTAW, GMAW, PAW, ESW and FCAW.
All welding processes are of course covered by a WPS, WPQ and PQR and for a wide range of materials as carbonsteels, stainless steels or alloys.
Antonius has its own welding engineer (IWE) in house.
To minimise material distortion during welding, a good sequence of welding operations is essential and knowing how a certain material wil behave during welding and cooling afterwards is key.
As a result of many years of welding operations we are very experienced in making production plans for weld assemblies that leads to a good result for our welding tasks.
An important key to succes is our network of suppliers and partners. Knowing what we are good at and where we need a partner is essential to realise an excellent end-product.

Several surface treatments are possible that alter the surface of a manufactured item to achieve a certain property. We can offer pickling, polishing and sandblasting. Pickling is a metal surface treatment used to remove impurities, such as stains, inorganic contaminants, and rust or scale from ferrous metals, copper, precious metals and aluminum alloys. The process of polishing involves using an abrasive belt on the surface to change the finish of the metal. Abrasive blasting, more commonly known as sandblasting, is the operation of forcibly propelling a stream of abrasive material against a surface under high pressure to smooth a rough surface, roughen a smooth surface, shape a surface or remove surface contaminants.
